Where do you ship from?
All our products are shipped from Oulu, Finland.
Where do you manufacture your products?
All our clothes are manufactured in Portugal and accessories are handmade in Finland by local dressmakers.
Our merch products (keychains, charms and acrylic standees) are manufactured in China and guitar picks in Italy.
How should I wash clothes?
CLOTHES
We recommend to wash all our clothing products in 30°C degree. If the item only has a small stain we recommend to gently hand-wash it in lukewarm water which helps the clothing to have longer life.
TEXTILE ACCESSORIES
All our textile accessories (headwear and tote bags) are recommend to be hand-washed in lukewarm water. We do not recommend to use tumble dryer.
CHARMS
Use a fresh cloth to wipe keychains and acrylic figure standees. Do not use alcohol or other harsh chemicals.
How much is the shipping?
Our shipping rates are calculated by weight of the product and customer's shipping address. If you can't find your country on the list you can always contact us and we can check what we can do. ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
Shipping in Finland: 7,90€
Shipping in Europe: 9,90 - 19,90€
Shipping outside of Europe: 9,90 - 35€
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over 100€ in Finland and 200€ in Europe.
Orders over 400€ for rest of the world will be qualify for free shipping.
We recommend to choose tracked shipping since after the order has been shipped it's not in our hands anymore.
Customers outside of EU may be charged custom/import duties. This is out od our control and imposed by your government which is why these charges are unfortunately customers responsibility.
How long does the shipping takes?
Finland: 2-4 business days.
Sweden, Estonia: 4-5 business days
Rest of the Europe: 4 - 10 business days.
Asia: 10 - 20 business days.
United States & Canada: 10 - 20 business days.

Can I return my order?
Returning is possible for customers inside of EU, but the cost of the returning shipping is customer's responsible, expect if you get wrong order or if the item is damaged.
We encourage our customers to check their measurements and our REFUND POLICY before placing an order. We're also happy to help if you don't know which size to choose. (ෆ˙ᵕ˙ෆ)♡
Where do you pay your taxes?
All our taxes are paid to Finland.
Do you have a physical store?
We don't have our own store, but we are working to sell our products on upcoming events.
